Today I did two shake. One for breakfast and one for dinner. I need 124g of protein per day. 
In a blender I mixed....


Breakfast
1 cup 1% Milk (8g Protein)
2 scoops Formal 1 (9g Protein)
2 scoops Protein Drink Mix (15g Protein)
6 ice cubes

Total Protein: 32g
Total Calories: 310

Dinner
1 cup 1% Milk (8g Protein)
2 scoops Formal 1 (9g Protein)
2 scoops Protein Drink Mix (15g Protein)
6 ice cubes

Total Protein: 32g
Total Calories: 310

Total Today
Protein: 64g
Calories: 620
